Former Chicago Bulls star, Ben Gordon, was hospitalized for psychiatric evaluation after an altercation at Of Our Own, a center for sports training and rehabilitation in Mount Vernon owned by Gordon.  

The altercation took place between Gordon and a 31-year-old woman who was locked in and had to be freed from Of Our Own by police.  The woman was seen “distraught… crying and shaking just inside the entrance,” per bleacher report.  Gordon, who was not charged for the incident, was found locked in the bathroom with a box cutter after the woman was freed.  

Earlier this week, the Chicago Bulls D-League affiliate acquired the returning player rights to Gordon.
